        Obsessed with BFT training at Monty. They have had such an impact on me physically and mentally and have assisted me in starting to overcome challenges that I have had for years. Could not recommend the trainers and the atmosphere more highly.

        Friendly, inclusive environment, great positive motivated vibe... The trainers are amazing and approachable...its also lovely to see the owners training alongside the rest of us. Couldn't recommend more highly!

        I have been coming to BFT Montmorency for over a year. I train 6 days a week and love the variety of classes. The trainers are helpful, approachable, experienced and positive. I love this gym and so happy I joined.

        Have had the pleasure of been a member at this awesome gym for 2 years! The gym is modern, super clean, and the training is great, something for everyone! Best thing is the owners and trainers, super friendly and inviting, the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and great fun! Great community feel where everyone is welcome!
