Rude customer service. Not a single hello or thank you. The lady taking orders looked displeased and the lady at the payment counter basically shouted at you. The sushi rolls are decreasing in size and getting more expensive and barely any avocado in them.

They can not sort they que properly and did not want to serve me because I was in the wrong line even I spent time waiting in this que. Just ignored me even when I asked if they would serve me... Very bad service!!! Decided to give this shop another chance... no... again... bad experience And they will charge you additional 0.9% for using your cardcfor payment

The quality is dropping unexpectedly worse. I have been around for more than 5 years, and it's just becoming much worse... The price increases higher than other sushi shop (those much more tasty ones) while the portion is getting smaller and smaller (more rice and less stuffing) . One salmon avo roll for $4.3, and even a plain vegan roll (only have eye-countable carrots, cucumber and some bean curd strips) costs $3.3. This shop is located in Uni and catering for students. If the price is set too expensive for a uni student to afford. As usual, I ordered grilled salmon nigiri and grilled scallop nigiri. And the scallop tasted bitter even if it looked normal (not burnt). Grilled salmon had a taste like gas (like the one you use at home on stove top). I didn't get any COVID or flu (no loss of taste), and I worked in Japanese restaurant before, so my taste should be normal. I'd rather choose other food for my uni day lunch. Disappointed.

Awesome deluxe selection! Not sure why the surcharge is higher than other Sushi Sushi stores. The rice today was super sticky. It held the rolls together better, but eating it was a pain. The chopsticks are really cheap too, and splinters of wood fall off if you rub them together a little.
