Rent is ridiculously high (and climbing every year) for a claustrophobia-inducing square room with spotty internet and no air-conditioning. Application process often ignores students' preferences. Do not recommend. People at the top need to remember students are not cash cows.

Logan Hall - Not sure why there are so many 1 stars but my experience was great (apart from the air conditioner during the summer of course). Nice and friendly staff always be very helpful and cosy room.

Still somewhat traumatised from living on campus during the 2020 lockdowns. We were constantly threatened with eviction (which meant homelessness for us interstate/international students) for compliance with restrictions that were significantly harsher than DHHS guidelines recommended. MRS showed it truly only cares about profit and saving face - not at all for the welfare of their residents.

Very corrupted officials and I have applied and now almost two semester gone ,but havent got an offer. Senior offical of the uni must audit the allocation of apartment s as I got somany bad comments from the students with regards to their allocation where they made favours for some communities who represented by the front staff. Another corrupted institute in Australia run by corrupted officials. What they do was they give priorities for the students who had some connections via their community by cutting off the inocent genuine students who were in the waiting list for very long. Shame on you guys.
