        Just a super quick phone call 2 these folk on Thursday b4 xmas . Have purchased from them b4 . Enquiry was about replacing bbq burners . Answered my questions swiftly & concisely . Can't expect any better than that . The chap was super busy as one would expect. But still gave me his time . Will head down in the New Yr .

        Our Xmas was cancelled last minute, so I asked the kids what would make a good Xmas? They said everything cooked over charcoal. I rang bbqs-r-us about 15mins before they closed and they stayed open for me to get charcoal. Great, fast, friendly service. They've made our Xmas! Thanks guys!!!
