        Dr Jootun and his team were very kind, friendly, understanding, comforting, accommodating and approachable. They provided a calm presence making my experience much more less stressful. Dr Jootun is a wonderful surgeon and have been very happy with the care I have received so far. Can not recommend him highly enough, he will provide you with best care with great compassion.

        I owe my life to Dr Jootun. I went to Knox Private Emergency and was told I needed Emergency surgery. Dr Jootun did this late at night.i can't thank him enough. I've had two surgeries now and thanks to Dr Jootun both went well. I can highly recommend him. I also like to thank Monique who is friendly and professional

        Outstanding service and care. We have literally gone through all reviews which helped us to choose Dr Jootun for my moms surgery. Here is my part to benefit others. Dr Jootun is a thorough professional and a great human being. He listens patiently and understands the emotions. Unlike many doctors, he is NOT greedy for money(has bulk billed the phone consultations for us where possible). Very knowledgeableyet down to earth person. A few times ,he has drawn pictures to explain the procedure to us in simple language. Jootun has performed really complex surgery for mom in Feb 2023. He followed up literally everyday for about 12 days in the hospital and made sure that she recovered well. He has followed up on call even after discharge. He is a great doctor who really cares for his patient. Our family is ever thankful to you Dr Jootun for your care and service. Receptionist Monique is a lovely lady with a smile on her face. Very prompt in responding. There were times where she emailed me late around 10pm so we get all information needed for the following day. Very dedicated to her work. Appreciate your comms Monique !
