I found myself on my own after a marriage breakdown, terrified of what I was going to do to make my finances work for me going forward. My reason for meeting with the team at Ozplan was to seek assistance with my father's financial planning as he moved into aged care. Nick, Tina and the team helped to make this process so much easier for me during an emotional and complex time when so many things were happening. I knew that I needed guidance and assistance in this space and Nick and the team were prompt, informative, patient and professional at each step over a journey of several months. Since I became a client of OzPlan Financial Services and without any knowledge nor experience on investing, I have been pleasantly surprised at how fluid and successful it has been. I have received constant and professional service where even my silliest questions have been answered with respect and followed through. I am presently overseas. Here, one would think that this would be a challenge for both Ozplan and me in regards to communicating and getting the services required. However, the distance has not altered the attention or prevented me from getting all the services required to continue getting the best financial advice and success possible just like if I was present there in Australia. This is due to the quality, professionalism and quick response that Nick Bird and his team have provided me with, which has maintained my trust and makes them great value.
