Not a bad word to say about Daniel Nardella. Daniel sold my Mothers home of 30 years recently and we could not fault his service and professionalism. The process of finding our forever home took over 12 months, involving multiple agents and numerous real estate agencies. However, among them, Alex Cedeo from Ray White Mill Park stood out as the most exceptional, diligent, and trustworthy agent. Before encountering Alex or anyone else at Ray White, I reached out to him, hoping he could arrange a preview of a property before its first inspection. The urgency arose because the property had just been listed and we were about to sign a contract for another property we were considering purchasing privately. Through a phone call, Alex extensively discussed with me what we needed to do for the property, even though he and his colleagues at Ray White were not the listing agents. Although we were disappointed when we were unsuccessful with that house, little did we know it was the best thing that could have happened to us. A few days later, we met Alex and instantly fell in love with our forever home. He quickly recognised our strong interest in the property and, between scheduled inspections, would reach out to us to discuss our enthusiasm and address any questions we had. A few weekends later, we found ourselves at the auction day. This occasion can be nerve-wracking for all parties involved, but with Alex's support, the process felt significantly smoother compared to previous auctions we had attended with other agents. Throughout the entire journey, Alex consistently kept in touch with us, updating us on any changes regarding the property. Alex's genuine passion for his work made our journey feel truly personalised. Although we don't have any plans to sell our property anytime soon, if we were ever in that position, Alex would be the go-to agent for us. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell, and if you're fortunate enough to have him as your agent when purchasing a home, you couldn't ask for anyone better.
