We came to check drinks menu as we wanted to booked in for tomorrow night. Waitress was extremely rude She just said No but not even listen to our requests She kept saying no, we are close although we clearly mentioned we just wanted to check menu for tomorrow She just wanted to close her shift and mock us out ASAP When we asked for availability for tomorrow night she. Clearly said no without even looking at system Then when we stressed she said Do you wanted to books for drinks Like seriously? How are you even in hospitality? Who wants to book for new year eve ...only for drinks? We just wanted to book in Tell us if you have spot Then again she said No We looked it online and there was spot available BINGO You just lost a customer Congratulations to you guys For a extremely rude service ZERO STAR P.S I wish I could give negative rating

Have never had a problem. The man with Asian ethnicity who is there everyday of the week delivers outstanding customer service. Always smiling & well mannered.

Rushed to get here before 6 and it was shut with roller doors down at 5:50 with sign on the door saying 9:30-6 Mon to fri
