Staff were helpful and friendly. Eye test, glasses selection and fitting went smoothly and easily. Glasses even arrived 2 weeks early. Great experience.

I have been going to spec savers for years plenty valley southmorang as well as my family and friends. A particular female in her early 20s black hair short in height was very rude and condecending, and not fit to work with customers, i was there today Thursday being the 18th of May 2023 at 11.50pm. I have taken my business to OPSM in plenty valley southmorang and will inform my friends family and work colleagues to refrain from going to plenty valley spec savers. We are customers with a name not a number. This young GIRL has a lot to learn about speaking to let alone customers but any other human being. Good luck young lady in making it through life, with that attitude and negative persona as its not all about you, life will be pretty lonely, you opt not to change your ways i suggest you do.

It is my first time getting an eye test at SpecSavers. All the staff were lovely and made the entire process simple for me. Georgia was very kind and patient. She helped me choose my glasses by giving me recommendations that suited my face shape. Overall, great experience and I would recommend to anyone who is interested in getting their eyes checked or some new glasses.
