        As a renter there has been no maintenance in 8 years but several rent increases. The property manager cant resolve disputes and favours violent and abusive tennants. If you want bad tennants and problems use barry plant. They make honest people homeless! If you have any valuables you better protect them as barry plant will force you onto thde streeet to gain possesion for sale.discriminatory property managers!

        I was never left waiting to be attended to at the Mildura office. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The business premises were clean and uncluttered and there was always an office space to conduct business. My personal thanks to Matt Mason for his assistance in the purchase of the property.
