Disappointing service! Waited several weeks for appointment for my 2 gals, when i arrived it was never booked in. I was told I never confirmed the appt which i did do. I called and confirmed all personal info to the receptionist Lee-ann. Screenshot of calls. No apology. No alternate appt offered. I left work 2hrs early for nothing and now have to wait another 4weeks before I can get another eye test appt!

I had my yearly eye examination. The staff are friendly and willing to help with your needs. It is a clean and well kept shop with plenty of glasses to choose from, prescription or otherwise, sunglasses with polarization or scrip.

Fantastic optometry practice - caring, knowledgeable optometrists and friendly staff who are more than happy to assist the fussiest customer. I've been here a couple of times and have always been a pleasant experience. Thanks guys, I love my new glasses.
