got into the store and was greeted rudely by one lady, ordered the food to be told that the grill was no longer working well only half of it wasnt working so they didnt bother using it (which was fine) then saw the lady who was making the burgers sneeze into her hand and play with hee nose and continue making the food. the lady spoke to her team awfully while we waited and kept snapping at them. keep telling people they didnt have stuff while it was sitting there infront of them.. used to love coming to this store but no longer think i will return as the service was horrible

Typical servo takeaway joint. Atmosphere is exactly as you would expect. There is usually a bit of a wait, but that is because of how popular the place is. Got a schnitzel burger and it was HUGE, the kind of burger you imagine when you think of "The Lot" only bigger! Had to take it back to work and sit down to tackle it! Highly recommend!

Previous to the last say 3 months we had always used this place for takeaway. Unfortunately the food is just not at the same standard as it used to be. I've given the benefit of the doubt and tried to return numerous times. Hopefully management can get this place back to what it used to be as I know it was backed by many in the area :)

Spent $85 on dinner. Which we didnt get much. Food was gross. Burgers were soggy and not cooked properly
