        There is a big problem with the quality of the cake. Two hairs were found in the same piece of cake. I told the store, but they evaded the problem and had a very bad attitude and were unwilling to deal with the problem.

        Ordered a cake on line to be collected. As I was coming far away, I called the day before to ensure everything was in order knowing that I would not have time to make other arrangements if things had gone wrong. I was rudely told that they had 40 cakes on order for Saturday morning and certainly did not have time to go through and check orders, if I paid for it on line it would be fine. It was fine and the cake was there and collected - however, the cake was dry, more icing than cake and all 20 of us agreed that it wasn't very nice at all so a complete waste of money. Rude staff, horrible cake - would not bother to order again.
