        Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with both hosts and while correctly they applied their advertised cancellation policy, as we weren't able to travel due to flash covid nsw lockdown the hosts did not refund our deposit in full, even though they managed to secure someone else to stay over our original booking. I don't believe people should profit from someone else's adversity. And rather than being nice and friendly about it they blocked me on the Airbnb website. It's a shame in this day and age a little human kindness doesn't go astray. We won't be back. And I wasn't blocked by Airbnb. They very kindly attempted to resolve my complaint. I was blocked by the host joe. Unfortunately I could not take up their 'offer' of a change of dates as we only wanted to travel seasonly when there was snow and we are unable to travel during school term.
