        Went here today for some help and advice on shower mixers. I dont claim to be any kind of plumber, I just needed help to find the right products. The woman that served me was the most arrogant, aggressive, obnoxious, argumentative and downright rude person Ive ever come acrossso much so that I literally just walked out mid sentence. I felt like a 5 year old that had been berated by someone elses mother! I wouldnt spend my hard earned money here if it was the last place on earth. Id definitely recommend some kind of customer service training.

        I had the worst customer service experience at Reece. The lady there today truly tested my patience that I had to get up and leave. She was rude, disrespectful and downright nasty. She needs intensive customer service training.
