The sales person who dealt with us was very nice, he was trying to go extra step to explain us about products and making sure if we understand the product we were trying to buy not caring about making sale. He even took our heavy box to the car without us asking. What a gentleman.

Top service. Joseph definitely knows his stuff and never did I feel he was trying to up sell me I ended up with a Wertheim 7 series, super powerful. The amount of deep down very fine dirt in my clean carpet was honestly unbelievable and a portable steam cleaner Great advice Great price Great service all delivered and packed into the boot of my car. I recently brought my robot vacuum from the Melton store and everything about this store and the staff deserves a 10 star review. Their politeness, friendliness and overall support was next level. In particular, Joseph and Irene went above and beyond to alert me of my item going on sale in the near future and advised I could return for a cost difference refund (which I never would have known if they didnt tell me). When I went in store to complete this process it was smooth and I genuinely appreciate the support for them! I wish I could buy more robot vacuums simply for the amazing experience I have had!
