Worst student accommodation ever. Although they claim to offer 24/7 staff service, you can rarely found and get any help from them. Some even refuse to help or charge you for your rooms issue. The manager is very arrogant and disrespectful.

By far the worst experience living here and dealing with the front desk, specifically the female operation manager. Beware and prepare for being judged and bullied by this operation manager. She is absolutely a horrendous, condescending, rude, and greedy manager that is nothing but a bigot. A staff member said she was nice, but it was a complete LIE. Do not sign a lease agreement at this place, they will scam you blind. You cannot break the lease unless you find a lease transfer. The operation manager(s) will have you flush all your money down the toilet. Some staff members were nice and others looked down at you with a smirk on their face. Plenty of colorful words exist for this place, especially regarding how the operation manager acts toward students. Last but not least, the manager will create her own rules to exploit international students to get her cut and make the most money she can to fill up her pockets. She is more concerned about the 'extra' cash versus fixing 2 inoperable lifts. As an international student, always read the comments because 99% of them are TRUE. Please be smart with your decisions regardless of how 'cheap' certain university accommodations seem to be. But in reality, you are getting screwed over by the manager in these types of situations.
