Damien was a consummate professional who saved me from making the biggest mistake of my life. He came in and provided honest and frank feedback on the house I was about to buy and pointed out a long list of huge issues. He was very thorough and did an amazing job for me. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a structural engineer!

Please avoid this company, he took $990 from me on 11/01/23 and never provided with a forensic engineering report as agreed. 100% avoid, he wont answer my calls and emails. So conclusion, I lost my money with him. I tried calling him many times and emailed him with no response! Absolutely horrible

From Anna Williams: I was wondering if anyone had heard from Damien in the past two weeks? We have had radio silence and phone is off. Is there something we should be aware of? Reply from Gerrard Delvaux: Damien sent me an email on 13/3/2023 then fell silent for 3 weeks. He apologised and explained the issues that he had to deal with over this time. Comprehensive draft plans were issued to me on 12/4/2023.

Disaster! 100% avoid. Communication was great then once he was paid the communication stopped which was when I needed him the most. Unnecessary stress.
