        Terrible experience. Two families booked accommodation 2 months in advance for Aust Open only to receive text messages and an email 2 hours before arrival that our accommodation had been cancelled, with no substantial reason as to why and no phone call to try to fix the problem. Also had emailed them 1 week prior to our arrival with no response. Very poor service and definitely would not recommend this apartment.

        Absolutely deplorable! Booked months ago in preparation for the Australian open and received an email this morning cancelling the booking?!? Calls and emails ignored throughout the day and only got back to us late afternoon with no reason for cancellation. Large group of us left without accomodation for tonight or the weekend. Plenty of opportunity given to the company to rectify issue and clearly they were disinterested. Would not recommend.Very unprofessional.
