Over several years, Rose and her team (Charis and Lenny) did an excellent job in finding great tenants for my investment property (that was in the midst of challenging and uncertain Covid times in late 2020), managing my investment property over many months, finding new wonderful tenants when the previous tenant vacated in Dec 2022, and eventually negotiating with and confirming a buyer for my tenanted investment property in March 2023, which is another challenging time for the task because of numerous interest rate rises resulting in highly cautious buyers. Over this long term work relationship, communication with Rose and her team was always friendly and easy, and they were always quick to action whatever needed to be actioned. Besides their speed in finding great tenants, I am also very impressed by how they managed the sales of my investment property because there are many tricky aspects to the circumstances of the property, with sales being initiated towards the end of one tenancy contract, and with the property eventually being sold as a tenanted investment property with a new tenancy contract in place. Throughout the tricky sales process, Rose discussed with me and helped me think through the changing situations thoroughly in order to develop effective sales and tenancy strategies for my investment property. This is a feat that cannot be easily replicated elsewhere, so congratulations to the team, and thank you for all your hard work. :)
