Royal Flush FM manage the facilities on a high-rise property in Southbank and work in conjunction with OC Manager Guy Bowell from OCX. OCX are fantastic to work with and Guy has been super attentive to the properties needs and requirement. He has demonstrated a real care and passion to delivering the best service possible for the residents onsite. Just want to thank Guy at ocx. Since taking over our apartment complex he has been exceptional. Super prompt with actioning items decided by the committee. Very responsive to all tenants and genuinely wants to improve the complex we live in. Would highly recommend guy to anyone looking for an owners corporation manager.

The service provided by Guy Bowell at Owners Corporation X has been nothing short of WORLD CLASS. His discipline and commitment to excellence has been second to none. Overall, I have had 20 years experience on committees at an owners corporation level. In this time, as an owner of several properties, I have had about 30-40 OC managers.
