Professional property managers Coral is a very professional and very helpful property manager who is available whenever need help. She is very responsive. She was my property manager for close to 2 years. Ironfish manage the properties very well. The Melbourne Village in west Melbourne is awesome place to stay . Clean and very organised. Should thank Ryan as well before covid he was my property manager and helped to fix issues as soon as reported. Thanks to Ironfish team!

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have stumbled upon IronFish for my very first apartment lease. The whole experience has been nothing short of amazing! From the beginning, Chen Li provided exceptional service, setting the tone for what was to come. Over the span of two years, I had the pleasure of being under the care of the most incredible property manager on this planet (seriously, I'm not exaggerating!). Sophie Su, you are an absolute gem! Not only did Sophie provide outstanding service, but she was also an absolute joy to interact with. Her prompt responses to all my inquiries throughout those two years were truly impressive. I even had my fingers and toes crossed, hoping to have Sophie as my property manager for my next home. Alas, luck wasn't on my side this time. I wholeheartedly recommend IronFish. The staff is friendly, and their efficiency in providing top-notch services is truly commendable.

My experience with IronFish property management agency was really great. Specially Fancy Meng my agency manager who is really active, attentive, understanding and polite in nature. I've really enjoyed my Tenancy during my co trat period. Thanks to Fancy Specially. I would recommend IronFish Office at 326 Williams st. for any future Tenancy..
