        I contacted them back in Nov last year for quote to repair the roof leak. I know what the issue was as i had an assessor who has assessed the leak damage to the roof. We were told it's an easy fix and may take half an hour only. We prepared to be charged for min hours but we were quote over $3,300 to do a less half 30 mins job by Dean E surprisingly. It is rip off so i just paid the call out fee. I would suggest that whoever has contacted them for quote, pls make sure you hv received a separate opinion from other plumber. I would never contact them again after this bad experience. Maybe im a woman so it is easy to be targeted as they think we know nothing about the plumbing stuff.
