Aligned for Life Pilates

Ive been absolutely enjoying my weekly sessions here with Michelle. She is super sweet and encouraging, and I can see myself getting stronger and more in touch with my body week by week thanks to her super effective program for me. I absolutely love the vibe of the studio. When I first started doing Pilates at the studio, Ben and Thea made me feel super welcome. Every instructor Ive met here is super friendly. Highly recommend the studio.

Great studio and staff, knowledgeable instructors, groups are small so instruction is very personalized. Mat class is great! Small group and fun.

Aligned for Life (AFL) (CBD) is a fully equipped Pilates studio in the heart of Little Bourke Street. I enjoy my classes with Michelle and Mel, and learn a lot from observing Ben when he teaches. This friendly studio caters to a wide diversity of people and age groups, and has intentionally small studio class sizes (so everyone receives lots of personalised attention). I find it a fun and safe space to practice the Pilates Method.

I love coming into this studio! I have been attending AFL for 12 months, and this studio for 9 months. Eleena is a dream instructor, always challenging me and taking me that bit further in my journey to be the strongest and healthiest version of myself. Always a clean studio and all staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I always feel great leaving here after my weekly sessions!
