        I always look forward to my barre class at the end of the day - its so enjoyable it doesnt even feel like exercise to me. All of the instructors are so kind of supportive, and its a really inclusive space. So glad I decided to try barre out, Im hooked!

        I love Barre Body and cant speak more highly of this fun way to move my body. I recently re-joined for in-person classes after a break of several years and Im so glad I did. The Flinders Lane studio is a real treat, such a beautiful place to workout in, to say nothing of the gorgeous teachers who are always ready to welcome you and make sure you have a good time. I always leave the classes feeling more positive (if not a little sore ) and ready to take on the day!

        Barre body Flinders lane is one of my favourite studio these days! Is a nice and cosy place. I especially love the barre cardio class! The instructors there are also very helpful and friendly, very engaging during the class~ highly recommend to everyone!
