The worst experience Ive ever had for a night out in the city. We pre purchased NYE tickets to Penthouse 15 and regretted it instantly. It was a 35 degree night and not once did they turn the A/C on the whole night. Everyone was sweating and uncomfortable. The wait time lining up at the bar for drinks was 45 minutes to an hour before you got served. It was a joke. It was frustrating and would never go back here. Waste of $85 for the ticket and the 3 drinks I managed to get at the bar. In total I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes in line for drinks, whilst huddled up with others waiting in the heat. ONTOP OF ALL THIS. The music and Dj was absolutely terrible. I had a better playlist on my phone. Literally had a better time at home making drinks and listening to good music.
