Stay away! Bluestone/connective elevate Was competitive at the beginning but now trying to rip current customers off with the interest rate hikes, not competitive at all. They can not charge payments from an offset account which makes it inconvenient and defeats the purpose of an offset. Customer service is lacking and as said previously they are not looking after their current customers, I believe this is due to the initial offer of lending up to 85% with no LMI and now some customers are stuck. Fortunately we will be able to move to another lender and are currently in that process. I hope other customers that have multiple million dollar loans with this business are able to do the same and hopefully they will learn to treat current customers well.

Stay away from them. they were good when they started but now their system, processes are completely out dated and non compliant. Further zero support or even call backs from the bdms once you sign up

Stay away from this company! I switched to this company for my home loans on the 15/07 as of today my offset account has not been done, it is the 22/07. This is the worst service I ever received from any company I dealt with in my whole life. It is all pretty when there is no problems but the difference between proper service and terrible service is seen when a problem has to be solved. Stay as far as possible from them!!!
