InStitchu Little Collins Street, Melbourne

Had a fantastic experience getting my suit fitted for a wedding. All members of staff were super helpful and diligent, and the result is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with the service and suits from InStitchu on Little Collins Street. Janki and Camille were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in preparing the suits for me and my groomsmen. Planning a wedding is stressful but Janki and the team were constantly communicating throughout the entire process which made it much easier for me to manage. Thank you for all your help, I'm definitely coming back for all my future suit needs.

A little disappointed. I've been through a really good service here 4 years ago, and was happy to recommend a friend. Wish I never mentioned it at all now. Most of the recent low reviews are how it sums up. Visited without a booking where we only needed a measure, and was refused service (which is fair), but with 4 style consultants on 1 customer being attended to, meant they were fully booked. Bookings are free, but apparently now it is only free IF you buy with them after, couldn't find this info on the site, but was told this face to face by ol' mate Paolo. Definitely not the experience I had in the past with them. 2 stars because other than the service, product/process was fine back then. Services: Suit tailoring, Formal wear tailoring, Shirt tailoring

I have been a loyal customer of Institchu for many years and have always enjoyed the quality of their products and exceptional services. However, I recently had a disappointing experience with their Little Collins store in Melbourne when trying to finalize an order for my wedding outfit. I expressed my concerns to their head office via email and followed up with a request for resolution, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from their team. Email of concern was sent on 28/03/2023. As a customer, I believe it is essential to feel heard and valued, especially when it comes to special occasions like weddings. While I have had positive experiences with Institchu in the past, my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed and unsure if I would recommend their Little Collins store in Melbourne to others. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration by Institchu's management team, and necessary steps will be taken to improve the quality of service provided to customers in Melbourne. As a loyal customer, I remain hopeful that the service I receive from Institchu in the future will reflect the quality and care that I have come to expect from them. Overall, I would still recommend Institchu to others, but with a caveat to be mindful of the service they may receive at the Little Collins store in Melbourne.
