Ines Kallweit was appointed Administrator of my late Grandmother's Estate in late 2022. As of todays date, she is still yet to finalise said Estate,,, that's about 16 months (and still counting) on the job.It was a fairly simple and straight forward Estate to finalise, yet Kallweit has managed to make it appear difficult and complex, enabling her and KHQ Lawyers to charge the Estate in excess of $14,000.00 to date and seemingly looking to chew up the remaining $22,000.00 by jobs end.Kallweit has made several errors / mistakes along the way, shown an inability to respond to direct questions, arrogance towards some and a disregard for the Deceased and her wishes.Kallweit also devised a "Plan" to (unnecessarily) mislead the Australian Taxation Office. I say "Unnecessarily" because there is NO CGT APPLICABLE, but Kallweit claims there is/or might be.... To avoid the CGT Kallweit wrote to beneficiaries outlining her plan to declare that the "Estate Funds" were "Beneficiary Funds" and declare to the ATO that the deceased had no tax returns to file.It is difficult to explain in this post, all of the problems and concerns some of us have experienced, please do yourself a favour and try your luck with another law firm.P.S. i should add, my complaints have been emailed to the CEO (David Kelly), but her has not even bothered to respond... It seems KHQ do not take customer service/complaints seriously.Cheers!

I received terrible service from this firm. They kept sending invoices totaling tens of thousands of dollars draining me from my money until I had nothing left. I ended up in great debt. They represented me for months, billing me for lots of money, while I was having my legal situation worsens. I ended up having them sacked. I still explore my options I have, for me to take legal action against this firm. When choosing a family lawyer do your best homework to find a good one that will fight for you and your children and will not just care about charging you. Beware.
