I had the pleasure of being a student at the JIC language school, where Yukiko-san, an exceptional teacher, played an instrumental role in my journey of learning Japanese. I've been studying here now for over a year and I love it. They use immersion (aka only/ mostly speaking Japanese) which in my opinion can be one of the best ways to learn a language - though some people may find that scary first as a beginner. I've had classes with three different teachers and they've all been kind, patient and encouraging so can recommend.
