You wont find a better and more honest jeweller than Shannakian Fine Jewellery! I met Hovig and Arpee after having a terrible experience with another jeweller. I had a necklace that I had issues with and Hovig and Arpee have been incredible to deal with the whole way through. Shannakian not only provides customer service, but they provide genuine care for their customers. They went above and beyond to give me different options for solutions and they honestly treated me as a friend. They were kind, compassionate and empathised with what had happened at the previous jeweller and the entire process of dealing with them from start to finish was absolutely seamless. Hovig is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Arpee is also incredible to deal with, she even checked in with me multiple times which is very rare these days in customer service these days. When they finished my necklace and I received it I was thrilled with not only the way it looked but the quality of the piece. Hovig has created a true masterpiece. I am already receiving comments on it! Honestly, I will never purchase any piece of jewellery from anyone else but Shannakian and they genuinely have my business and my loyalty forever. I cannot thank them enough for rectifying the issue and going above and beyond for me. If you are looking for luxury products and professional service and genuine honesty, look no further!! Flawless service I purchased one of the initial necklaces a few years ago I wear it everyday. I constantly get compliments on where I got it from. Its stunning! The family business is very accommodating and nothing is ever a problem. There are a lot of similar necklaces out on the market at the moment but I will always go back to Shannakian fine jewellery for future pieces or recommendations.

Very happy with my initial necklace customised by Shannakian Fine Jewellery. We purchased the 3 diamond initials 5mm (to represent our 3 childrens name) on a gold chain and its the perfect everyday piece thats elegant and Ill treasure forever. Thank you
