The team at The Diamond Guys never stop amazing us. A relationship that started 8 years ago (after a friend recommended their products and services) and continues to this day. I have had the pleasure of dealing with both Anton and Ivor and cant speak more highly of them both. We have recommended friends and family and will continue to do so. This week I organised for 4 rings purchased from Anton and Ivor to be professionally cleaned and polished for the first time after 7 years of wear. Anton, who assisted with the very first ring we purchased from The Diamond Guys 8 years ago (the engagement ring) once again provided exceptional and personal customer service. His memory of our lives and previous conversations a testament to his care towards his clients and core values of his business. Then we couldnt believe just how amazing our rings came out. My wifes engagement ring looked like brand new, glistening in the light, and my wedding band given a detail and polish to look like the day I first wore it. Thank you Anton and Ivor for your continuous excellence in this industry, your honesty and open dialogue, professionalism, care, and exceptional high standard of workmanship.

My husband went to the diamond guys prior to our engagement for my ring and could not speak highly enough about Antony and Ivor. When it was time to get wedding rings he was adamant that they were the only people we needed to see. Although I am thorough with my research whenever making a purchase it was absolutely clear cut (pardon the pun) that the team at the diamond guys are the best in Melbourne. They guided me through the process, made my decision easy and were so accommodating to my schedule, not to mention the friendly conversation and laughs that were shared while my engagement ring was getting cleaned, just because I was there. Antony and Ivor care about their work and about not just the customer but the person they are dealing with. Their knowledge is evident as any question I had could be answered in depth and in terms that made sense.
