We have been working with Geoff and his team at Modern Risk Solutions for over two years, primarily organizing cover for international clinical trials. The service we receive from Geoff and his team is of the highest order. Always professional, always knowledgeable and always responsive with a can do attitude to whatever we throw at them. The worldwide master policy they organised has proven most effective. We receive quotes much quicker than through previous sources, moving from weeks to just a few days, and there have also been significant cost benefits to us. Timeliness of quotes is a key issue as insurance often cant be organized until shortly before the trial is due to commence. Geoff is always available to discuss specific issues or queries we may have and has facilitated a strong working relationship with the insurer. I cannot recommend Geoff and his team highly enough.
