I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Calibre Cleaning Company. Despite giving them a second chance with a re-clean, the results were just as unsatisfactory as the initial cleaning.The quality of the cleaning was far from what was promised or expected. Not only did they fail to meet basic cleaning standards, but their customer service has also been appalling. I reached out to them expressing my dissatisfaction, and they denied my request for a refund.It's disheartening to experience such a lack of professionalism and accountability from a service provider. I would caution anyone considering Calibre Cleaning Company to thoroughly assess their capabilities and commitment to customer satisfaction before engaging their services.In my case, the overall experience has been a regrettable one, and I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable and quality cleaning services.
