        I had forgotten my suit when checking out. The first thing I did when I realised this upon reaching the airport was to call the reception. The person I talked to assured me that she would look into it and contact me for the re-expedition of the suit via email or phone. 8 hours later, I call back the hotel and my dismay, realize that nothing has been done to retrieve my suit! I call again and the receptionist now says that 1) he has checked the room and it's not inside 2) it has not been found by the housekeeping. So it's been stolen. Thank you, Pullman, for that wonderful experience... Never again. I will also file a report with the Melbourne Police.
