Ordered room service and the meal was very below average dry and $6 to bring it to our room left plates etc outside the door after two days still not collected so brought them back in and washed them myself ordered uber eats as hotel food was poor and had no one collect rubbish all week No top up of toilet paper or fresh towels stayed a week When asked for some toilet paper one roll was given by a very rude reception lady Had a parcel delivered and we checked out before it arrived Let them know at the time I was expecting it Rang the day of check out as had notification it was delivered Was asked if it was a dress - they had opened it Asked for it to be sent to home address ... Still waiting for tracking number etc Still not delivered to me Would never recommend or stay there again

It was surprising good. The lobby and bar areas look great and inviting. The room we had was a bit older, but had plenty of space for a studio and the kitchenette was well stocked and clean. The location is quiet but a tram stop is nearby on Collins Street. When the road was redesigned lately the council made no provision for drop off or pick-up, which is the only negative. We would certainly stay here again.
