Its taken more than 5 months so far for the LSBC to resolve a complaint solely about whether I had provided a client with an Itemised Tax Invoice and it probably won't be resolved for another 5 months - if I am lucky. The LSBC was copied into the communication with the client which provided the client with a Bill in Taxable form. A few months later LSBC still cannot work out such a simple issue and I cannot recover my fees for work done from this client. God forbid I had a complex complaint against me. I tried telephoning leaving multiple messages and my calls are never returned. I tired using their enquiry form on the website and that doesn't even work.

Absolutely not needed organisation - but i suppose they need justify being paid for doing nothing. Another government leach on the workers back!

I made a complaint about a lawyer in 2021. Several months later and not only is there no progress, but all three people I have emailed are ghosting me. Very unsatisfactory experience. Was expecting something more professional.
