Wolfs in sheep's clothing, Harriet and Smit are more cunning than the snake of Eden, Did god make the snake or the lawyer/barrister first? At the commencement Harriet, will give a spill about working for the battlers, and caring for the environment's, full-swing sales pitch. Passionate about Single mums against the shoddy builders, with poor bathroom reno, she claims to represent those clients in need with no legal cost like a good Samaritan. Harriet presents honey in the wilderness with false representations that she is more capable than Daniel in the lion's den, a manifestation of her gross incompetence and further expression of overcompensation. Behind the scenes, we have a low-end-of-town start-up legal firm, desperate to recruit venerable victims. Her family member chases up invoices Harriet forgets to advise her team of the terms and you will receive an elderly lady screaming on a phone call for the money you have paid but incapable to reconcile the monies. further emotional manipulation her wages will not get paid if she does not get cash at the bank calls on Christmas, day boxing day claiming they have no funds. The truth is a) on commencement of the meeting Harriet within 7 days provides a letter of demand with no thought to the matter and produces 2 .2 M claim with no thought or consideration in representing her client with any level of creditability quoted $750 LOD but charges $1100 b) the client (me) requests no further legal work to be completed until a response is received after 10 days plus c) 10 days later Harriet turns up at the docklands meeting with eight chronological folders to my surprise, leveraging her legal loophole manipulation and fine print cost agreement, I am obligated to commence, selling the irresistible deal, $15,000 fixed to out-of-court hearing. calls from the office do you know how many nights Harriet slaved away at the photocopy machine for you. d )75% paid in advance, stage three Statement of the claim. 1.25 M 50% of Harriet LOD's ( lol ) response to the statement of claim " Harriet there are three words in the statement that are incorrect, we are paid in full for what your statement claim demands. I request three words only to be removed that was it. e) "( Barrister ) is on a plane flight and he does not like to be disturbed while partaking in scotch on the rocks and Harriet displays a level of fear to request any changes from SMIT for any changes. Without my authority $7,000 held in the trust fund is paid to SMIT without our agreement, 2 weeks later text message from Harriet ( still have the text ) I have the COVI and don't need the stress can you email authority to release the funds, NO? As you already have and that would be false to post date email what has already transpired. d) in my mind good money after bad in my view forget it and move on as that is what you get with a start-up sales spin. f) Harriet recruits debt factoring for a 15% loss. spin her lies and her version of events, not only was the matter trustee company files default on my credit file G) $2500 left for the out-court hearing, however, list default for $9,0000 against my credit file for a $15,000 fixed fee arrangement.
