We had already achieved a successful outcome with adjudication and thought that payment would be forthcoming from the client. Little did we know that a year later we would still be trying to get this Owners Corp to pay their bill! We engaged Daniel and his team who eventually brought this egregious group of OC members to heel and managed to have an agreement signed, fingers crossed the outstanding balance will be finalised before the end of this year.
