        Booked an airbnb with these guys and got an aggressively capitalised email advising of a $50 fee for checking in after 6pm. A late check in fee, really? Pay more to stay less time? That is literally something this company has made up As a result these guys lost a $950 booking for their client. Sorry to the owner if you are reading this, your agent let you down on this one! Theres lots of options in Southbank without these made up fees.

        I sent an inspection request regarding a rental advertisement which is marked as currently available. As I didn't get a return, I called them and on the phone I was told that the place was rented out 4 months ago. Cannot see any professionalism here.
