I've just finalized a lease with Maxxia that ii didn't not look into enough. If you look into the fees and interest, you pay you would be floored. Not to mention they have been paid out for nearly two weeks but still telling my pay office to deduct payments and there is nothing I can do about it. They also take three weeks to close off my account with them and tell me I have to wait another 30 days to get the money out of the end of my lease. All the bad press about them is true avoid using them.

I have had lots of issues arranging salary packaging recently with Maxxia, including things not being followed up and mistakes made with my account. However, I spoke with Bernie today who was incredible, talked through my options with me and has come up with a great outcome. Many employees still unhelpful but Bernie deserves recognition for the time and effort he put into this.

would rate negative if i could, was good in past , over year started to be longer and longer hours, this time pathetic trying to make change s to my salary sacrifice, contacted app no one available, phone no answer, online- asked to make changes enquiry closed but no changes made, waiting for 1 more week to see if actually changed on pay slip. 6 weeks in total many hours spent to contact no resolution but charging regularly their fees no issues there, will complaint to work they need to find another company to do service with, looking at posts not along there

Very pathetic customer service, my organization recently changed salary packaging to maxxia since then I haven't received my fund. I have contacted them many times and each time they said the problem is fixed and the money will be in my account within 24 hours. But each time it didn't happen. Customer service is so poor that I had to wait more than 1 hour to get a person online. And the people attending the phone calls are so rude.

I had the quickest, smoothest and most friendly experience. Michael Stark handles everything beautifully and gave his genuine advice. I trusted him and he got me my car almost immediately. Lovely experience!
