Adam and his team were professional, reliable and knowledgeable. Adam gave his advice for wall cracking in our house with a previous 'expert' trying to sell us work that Adam deemed unnecessary. Adam also put us onto a builder Nasser, who came to do some recommended works and was again very professional and got the job done straight away. He also managed other trades to make sure the job was done as quickly as possible. Thanks Adam and Nasser!

My experience with Adam was excellent. Very happy with the detailed and comprehensive structural report. So worth any wait you might experience because Adam is in high demand. Adam literally saved me $20k. I am full of gratitude for Adams in-depth knowledge and expertise in structural engineering. Highly recommend! After a building inspector recommend a structural engineer to get a more accurate assessment on the possible cost of under pinning. Adam did a structural inspection before we made an offer on the house. He found more issues and possible causes and importantly gave a more accurate idea of repair costs and repair time, which were more than originally suspected. Now we know what to expect we can accurately negotiate a price knowing what will have to be done in the future. He answered all of our many questions. Would definitely recommend him.
