Cleaners 2 hours late & was advised when they were already half an hr late (we were first booking of the day!!). Only half a job done - floors not vacuumed and mopped, kitchen untouched, surfaces left dusty and carpet definitely NOT steam cleaned even though requested & charged for. Multiple calls made & messages left on their "24/7" phone service, never answered and no calls returned. Only returned an email when I threatened not to pay the invoice and then told me that my invoice would be passed on to their debt collection team despite their TERRIBLE service. Certainly not the vacate clean that I paid for. Would not use again and would not recommend to anyone!!!

Don't pay these people up front. No-show for a bond clean that was booked weeks in advance. Choose anyone else.

I received a text saying that they couldnt do my end of lease clean due to union issues. My booking was only 3 days away. I had to scramble to find another company. They also did not return my calls. I did receive a text 24hrs later saying that the booking was back on. I had already booked another organisation. I could not recommend them.
