        Went in today (Saturday 13/05/23) to get a suit altered that I had just purchased from Myer. Stood in there for 10 minutes ringing the bell and no one came. Half a dozen would be customers came in at the same time and we all left and went elsewhere. Business must be doing pretty well if they can ignore customers.

        Ali was absolutely fantastic, I cannot give him enough credit for his work! I am from Sydney and had a wedding to go to the following day. I ordered a dress online and it sat too big and the size smaller was too small. Ali helped me immensely, his customer service was wonderful and so professional. My dress was fixed within an hour (if that). He saved me a world of stress, absolutely wonderful wonderful person, could not recommend him enough!         Amazing service and speedy turnaround. I flew into Melbourne for a wedding and my dress got creased in transit, so I called ahead and asked if theyd be able to steam it for me. Ali was so helpful and steamed it for me within the hour and it looked beautiful. Thanks so much for your kindness and help Ali - so grateful
