He was always on the front foot contacting us and updating us on the progress which gave us piece of mind. The project was completed ahead of schedule. Joe renovated my bathroom in early March this year (2023) and he was an absolute lifesaver. He basically saved my entire bathroom and toilet which was a wreckage left by the previous builders. I would definitely engage his services if I ever had to do a bathroom renovation. He walks the talk and he delivers the goods right on schedule. On the company website, they state that they "aspire to provide clients with a stress-free renovation". I can attest to that; my bathroom renovation was indeed stress free and it was great being able to see the daily progress. Highly recommended. The previous builders who were recommended by my body corporate (who assured me they were very reliable) to renovate my bathroom due to water leakage were absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. They made an absolute mess of my home resulting in living conditions that were downright disgusting. My bathroom was 1. left in a demolished state for 5 weeks and almost no work was done on it. 2. the tradies and project manager were not contactable. 3. The previous plumbers messed up the piping works which resulted in Joe and his team having to remove and redo the piping works 4. The previous plumbers also did unnecessary work and damaged the ceiling of the apartment unit below me which resulted in extra out of pocket costs to repair and repaint it When Joe agreed to take on the job and complete it for me, it was a such a relief. He was the exact opposite of the previous builders but in a positive way. Joe was extremely pleasant to deal with. Right from the first meeting, he was professional, knowledgeable, tidy and willing to answer questions and help. Very importantly, he was contactable (as a client, the worst thing that can happen is a builder who is uncontactable and you have no idea when they are coming or what they are doing). Joe treats his clients with utmost respect. Once the project started, you could see his professionalism. He had a schedule that he followed and everyday, he would turn up knowing what he was working on on that day. I would also give a special mention that Joe pays alot of attention to the minute details, even working in slopes for different areas of the bathroom to ensure that water drains properly. His choice of parts used for the renovation such as puddle flanges are also specifically chosen and not generic ones that most builders provide. The bathroom was completed in about 2 weeks; this included redoing all my piping and even repairing and repainting the ceiling of the unit below me. Joe and his team are efficient and it is impressive. Overall, I am extremely pleased to have had Joe and his team handle my renovation and also extremely grateful that they were willing to take over and complete the job. They have indeed provided a stress free bathroom renovation experience and I highly recommend his services. You know you are in good hands.
