Vision Apartments

The garbage chute is closed every single week due to blockages. People leave their rubbish in the hallways piled up because the chutes blocked and the lifts are broken. Reception is rarely ever there. Today alone Ive been to reception 5 times to collect important parcels and they havent been there due to other duties. This has occurred more times than I can count. Considering its a nice building its such a let down on amenities.

Concierge staff is terrible. Asked them to check for a package that was delivered with a proof of delivery shown to them but they can't locate the package. When asked to check, they would briefly scan and not bother to check thoroughly. Terrible attitude as well when asked to double check. They are always "on break" and never available when you need them.

Out of 6 lifts 4 of them not working, 1 is for penthouse residence and in one working lift people if the whole apartment is supposed to be squeezing in. Had to walk to more than 20 floors just to know that there is mot access to open the fire door from inside and no network. Very poorly managed building overall other facilities are good.

Horrible apartment management, only 2 of the 6 lefts running in those days, spend lots of time in waitting, and the garbage tunnel closed all the time.
