Spacious apartments. Awesome terrace. Super helpful Concierge. Stinky bin place. Up to date Gym. Uninterrupted sunrise on Pelham street view. Respectful Neighbors. Half of building has apartments which do not have opening windows, covered by The Student Housing Company next door, best go for the ones which aren't blocked.

Ive lived in the lovely apartment for 1 year. Convenient public transportation, it only takes 1min to 59/19/58 tram. Very friendly and responsible concierge, actually the they are the best guys. The neighbourhood relationship also makes me comfortable. The only reason moved out here is many constructions around the building, but it still is my favourite apartment.

be aware of the traffic noise problem no.1 location for melb uni students. inside walls are empty so you maybe disturb your roomate/neighbors or be disturbed. in winter heating is only from air con. or your own electric heater. no floor heating or wall heating system. maybe other property owner have installed that but not mine. my bedroom has tow big wardrobe mirrows which really annoy me. but receptionist is always nice and friendly to offer tenants help. good interior facility. top floor has public living area for meeting friends, watching tv or dinner. free gym and there is said to have private coach for how to use gym by oppointment. close to everything. separate loading entrance for moving in or out. my room's rent is cheaper than unilodge. that's basically what I can think about. hope can be helpful.
