Our experience with this accounting firm has left a very bitter taste indeed. What was a very straight forward engagement which should have easily completed in 9-12 months instead resulted in a drawn out, frustrating and exhausting fiasco. The lack of communication and organisational skills by the lead partner on our file not only caused us considerable stress, the fee was almost three times that of the written quote provided by the firm. To add insult to injury, our complaints to the firm were met with sheer arrogance and no attempt to rectify the many wrongs. We have been disgusted by the firms blatant disregard for customer care. If youre looking for excellence in technical expertise and client relationship management, this is NOT your firm.
