The team at Cradle Cabinets have been fantastic to deal with from the beginning. They made the process super easy especially as it was my first time designing and installing a kitchen. The first consult with Matt was thorough, he answered every question of mine and took the time to go over every detail. From there I was continually impressed with their service, the quote and rendered drawings were sent back quicker than expected and we were able to book it in. We were updated throughout the process and the installation was arranged for us super quickly, even in the busy Christmas period. They sent back a couple of cabinets due to defects from the supplier which I thought was fantastic as it showed they cared about the quality of what was being supplied. When installed, the team that came was super friendly, organised and quick! They even went to the added detail of saying they'll come back to add the kickboards on after the flooring was installed to make sure the final finish was top-notch! Highly, highly recommend to everyone. I know my extended family will be contacting them to arrange quotes for themselves in the near future. I could not be HAPPIER with Cradle Cabinets, we designed the kitchen together with Matt who was very patient and understanding of what we wanted. And after 35 years building homes I now have the kitchen I have always wanted!! Workmanship was from Cradle Cabinets was exceptional from our Vinyl Wrapped Doors down to the kick boards.
