Dr. Chan Ngo is the best GP I have found in a while, she is very warm, knowledgeable and wise.

The receptionist in a clinic really plays a vital role regarding the stars/reviews. Sadly, I cannot give zero star for the receptionist. RUDE!!

Ultimate? Yes, ultimate rudeness and patronising treatment. Shocking for their doctors to even exist in the industry! My first doctor few months back was Dr Bradford thought he was arrogant, disrepectful, and had zero care factor. Friends and family said the same thing. I naively gave another chance with a different doctor recently... Who would have thought Dr Jose was EVEN WORSE! Since when did a GP clinic become an arena for ego and high horsing!? Dr Jose would not listen to my simple basic questions, let me clarify my understanding, or let me seek any assurance. From the get-go he took a fight to everything I said/described/asked, got exasperated at everything, was purely interested to shove his god-like knowledge down my throat, and even had the cheek to conceitedly say, "You're not listening", when he was the one shutting me down everywhere. I was so caught off-guard! Never in my life would I have thought that I'd leave a doctor's room fuming inside and shaking to my car! Shocking all this coming from a so-called "experienced" doctor you'd think should know better that it's not about being unquestionably right, but about providing clarity / assurance / care / advice / service to your patient, who by the way is also your customer! The industry needs to purge these doctors with no sense of healthCARE.
